The ACP 2010 Annual Congress will host the 3rd Annual Silent Auction for the ACP Foundation. Chair Pam Mauriello is inviting all ACP members, industry affiliates, and other interested associates to consider donating an item for the ACPF Silent Auction to be November 5 – 6, 2010. Last year's event raised over $39,000! Bidding on the nearly 60 items was exciting for everyone. This event is sure to be fun for attendees and family members alike.
Donations are currently being sought -- for anything of definable value, from:
- Sports equipment to travel packages,
- Technology gadgets
- Culinary events to bottles of wine,
- Hand-made jewelry to training,
- Medical equipment to educational tour packages, and
- Artwork to antiques.
If there is an audience who is likely to want to bid on a donated item, it will be put it in the auction.
Some items will be presented to the bidding public using photo imagery while others will be physically showcased on site. The Auction will begin on Friday, November 5th with the opening of the Annual Congress and will culminate on Saturday night November 6th at the reception preceding the Dinner and Social Event.
