The ACP 2009 Annual Congress will host the 2nd Annual Silent Auction for the ACP Foundation. Co-chairs Jennifer Todd and Pam Mauriello are inviting all ACP members, industry affiliates, and other interested associates to consider donating an item for the 2nd Annual ACPF Silent Auction to be November 5th – 7th, 2009. Last year's event raised over $42,000!
Bidding on the over 60 items was exciting for everyone. This event is sure to be fun for attendees and family members alike.
Donations are currently being sought -- for anything of definable value, from:
- Sports memorabilia to travel packages,
- Culinary events to wine tours,
- Hand-made jewelry to training,
- Medical equipment to educational tour packages, and
- Artwork to antiques
is welcome.
Our Co-Chairs insist that if they can find a way to identify an audience who is likely to want to bid on a donated item, they will be happy to put it in the auction.
Some items will be presented to the bidding public using photo imagery while others will be physically showcased on site. The Auction will begin on Friday, November 6th with the opening of the Annual Congress and will culminate on Saturday night November 7th at the reception preceding the Dinner and Social Event.
